I bought the Pegase after seeing someone on YouTube with it. To start, I can't believe how much care went into the communcation during the delivery and then the presentation of the product when I received it. WOW! What a delight!!! I've never received anything with such a beautiful packaging (and I buy a lot of luxury goods). It brings such joy! It truly was fun to open it.
The charm is exceptionally well made and is exactly as pictured. The workmanship is high quality and beautiful. I was worried it could scratch my bags, but it won't, now that I see how it is made.
I put it on a mini Loewe puzzle bag, as I had just bought it. I didn't buy it for this bag, but it sure looks perfect! It really elevates the piece.
The customer service has been first class from order to receipt. I am definitely going to order more!
My only concern is the little chain it comes with is pretty thin and I worry it may easily break, depending on which bag you hang it on. I may not use the chain much anyway. On a Birkin it may not get knocked about as much.
It looks much cuter in person than my simple photo shows! Makes me smile every time I see it! I can't wait for more designs to come out now.
